South and East Asia Map quiz:   Phase 5 – 5/21   Phase 3 – 5/28

Physical Geography Book Assignment – Read chapters 23, 26, and 29.  Do vocab and ids for each section (see below for details).  If there are vocab words that we have done in the past, you do not need to do them again (as long as you know them!)  There should be 8 NEW Vocab words and 29 IDs total

• Chapter 23 do all vocab and IDs for both sections 23.1 & 23.2
• Chapter 26 do all 26.1 vocab but only typhoon in 26.2; only do IDs for 26.1
• Chapter 29 define cordillera in 29.1 (no vocab for 29.2); do IDs for 29.1 except for Annam Cordillera and Chao Phraya River (no IDs for 29.2)

Phase 5 Sections D & F – due Thursday 5/21    

Section A – due Friday 5/22

Phase 3 Sections C & G – due Wednesday 5/27

Read Chapter 21 in text – population, history, & culture of SubSaharan Africa – and complete the review packet (pgs 2-4) handed out in class. Create vocab lists for sections 1,2,& 3 also.

Read Chapter 20, Physical Geography of Sub Saharan Africa, in the text book. Pg. 498-511

Phase 3 – Read Chapter 20, do vocab (9) and do ID’s (11). Note that Congo River is an ID even though it is not bolded in the reading.  Be sure to do location and significance for all IDs!  – DUE 5/8

Phase 5 – Complete the Review questions handed out in class today.  – DUE 5/5
