Please read over the course syllabus for ISS and sign at the bottom.
Both the student and the parent should sign. This needs to be done by Thursday 9/3. Cut the bottom off and keep the top portion. If you need an extra copy, please feel free to down load and print the ISS Syllabus The course information is also on the ISS page of my website.
